The upgraded sound is just that, upgraded sound. The lux pack is climate controle and all the gizmos including colour screen leather 19" wheels. I don't know how much extra you pay on the FG, but on my BF the only good thing about the premo sound was the screen..the sound system is not that great. I took out the speakers, amp and installed after market parts and it made a "Huge" diff.
