Really sus but you can't prove there was nothing wrong with his car at the time of the incident. Need proof beyond reasonable doubt, in this case, a confession. I don't think police can be bothered, seeing as no one was hurt.

its funny how if your P plates fall off a few times, you lose your licence. But if you drive down the freeway "out of control" and go skidding down the wrong side of the road wasting police time, because your retarted, and cant use a key, shifter or the brakes.. your free to go..
