G'day,

Just wondering where abouts the following Typhoon rims can be purchased from and what price they retail at. Also, does anyone know of any reliable copies that are out there, as I have heard the genuines are quite expensive, but have not heard an exact price.

Much apprecited.

Cheers.

St George Tyres online

Wheels & Tyre Package

19inch New Polished Black Wheels &Tyres! FIT FORD & FPV - eBay Wheel, Tyre Packages, Wheels, Tyres, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 18-Dec-09 20:30:43 AEDST)

I'm hoping someone brings out a 20inch version of this wheel like they did with the "Dark Argents" (be nice if they were in 9 or 9.5 inch wide as well) Dont suppose anyones come across a 20 inch version?

Thanks for the quick replies fella's

Just wondering, I have a set of the stock BF MKII XR6 Wheels, that have done only 25,000 km or so. Tyres have never been treated in a bad way, and have always been kept at correct pressures. I would assume that these tyres have 95% tread left in them. As I'm not 100% sure, what price do you think I could get for these if I decide I want to go with the Typhoon wheels ?

Attached is a pic similar to the wheels that I have now.

Much Appreciated.

Jack.

Hate to shoot you down, but if those tyres have done about 25K, they are a bit more than 5% worn..... going by your rough estimates, if they can cover 100,000klms, they will still have 80% tread left! Ive never seen a set of tyres go past about 60,000, and im talking big ass 4WD jobbies.

Anyway, id hazard a guess you might get 1000 bucks for your rims n tyres. They are a dime a dozen on here, cause so many guys upgrade, like you are.

Hey, Sorry Im still learning different things about the cars over time. As these Typhoon Rims are 19" I was wondering if there would be any problems applying them to my current ride, such as rubbing etc. Just curious as the current stockies are 17"

Cheers

They will fit fine, but you will need the correct longer wheel nuts for the rims.
