Hey all

I pick up my new ba xr6t from the transport Monday. Before I register it it has to go to the local cop shop to check for defects. It currently has a drift bov on it so I was wondering what would be the harm in taking it off before they check the car out. Would I need to block the hole or will it be alright for a few kms?

Take it off and block the holes up mate.. Or better, get your hands on a factory one, just so the cops cant say anything.. Then take it off and block the holes, sounds better and bovs are ghey!!

If the drift BOV allows for plumb back, then yes he could just plumb it back into the intake somewhere.

If it only has a trumpet on the outlet, then you probably can't plumb it back using that BOV.
