I really like the effort u went to,to discover or at least rule out factors of the failour well done

the new donk does look good clean and simple with what looks to be some quality parts in the mix done right done well looking forward to the dyno results

If you think it went good on tuesday Haydn... woah, you should see how she responds now...

Good to see it all finished, you were a fussy bugger when building it

Its the only way to do things in my opinion.. If you can't do it right the first time, Don't bother doing it at all!

Skimp out or take shortcuts.. You just end up fixing it again later!

You personally saw the level of detail I was going to when assembling parts of it.

I've seen a number of engine blow ups in the past.. all the cases I've seen the conrod big end was still attached to the Crank journal. Clearly indicating what happened.

This wasn't the case with haydns. Infact, the beam wasn't even bent, it looks like it was stretched where it snapped. So I was curious to find out more. Heck, I had to deal with a number of engine shops in the process so why not..

These engines do look very pretty dressed nicely, that's for sure :D

There are some planned mods coming in the next year... along the lines of a big turbo... Ain't that right Haydn? :)

Nice write up. :finger:

Should have left the plenum chamber as it was and match the color to the new rocker cover.
