310_FSX Donating Members 126 Member For: 15y 2m 21d Gender: Male Location: Brisbane QLD Posted 10/12/09 02:16 AM Share Posted 10/12/09 02:16 AM I am in the process of upgrade my current Brembo 4 pots on the front with 6 pots which I have no concerns about however, I was also hoping to throw a set of rear 4 pots (same as FG sedan prepium package) on the rear.I notice that when you tick the premium brakes box (when your ordering your FPV ute) they only upgrade the fronts and the rears remain single pistonI dug a bit deeper into this issue and have been informed that there are some issue with the 4 pot brembo's on the rears of the ute as there is no give for any movement in the wheel bearings like there is in a sliding caliper... what exactly does this mean? In saying that I believe there is a few FG utes cutting around Sydney with 4 pots on the rear that havent experienced any issues yetIs anyone on here running a set of 4 pots on the rear of a ute? can anyone shed any light on this issuecheers, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
