Define "sticky Pirellis" please :)

P Zero Nero? Rosso? Tailights need nite shades ASAP

Cheers

Just realized I didn't answer your question mate. Sorry. They are pirelli cinturato P1's treadwear 420 traction A temperature A.

Dont know much about the pirellis as ive mostly run federals or nittos. They are mot as grippy in the dry as the nitto NT05s I had before but will no doubt be far better in the wet lol.

Seriously? There goes my rating system then (I always based tyres on a lower treadwear rating (200-300ish) with a AA traction.

Surprised you find them grippier than the nt05 (maybe you didn't get them hot enough )

Nah the nt05 were grippier in the dry but the pirellis will be far better in the wet.

Semi slicks will usually be worse in the wet (or on par with ching chong tyres) or so ive been told

So im sure it will be good. But if those are good, the P Zero will be great (although it should be for the extra $$$)

I've used Pirelli P-Zero Corsa's (http://www.wheelenhancement.com/tirespecs.php?tireid=10) and they were epic in the wet ... no axle tramp on hard launches in the wet, solely grip.

great in the dry too... the targa style event was varying in weather conditions.

you get what you pay for :)

60 treadwear :/ lol

Whats that like 3000kms?

Lol yeh That's super low isn't it? I guess tread wear is the price you pay for all that grip.

Although I've never gottn more than 10000 kms from a set of rear tyres on my g6 any way.

Lashed out on some new floor mats for unload this week.

I wasnt supprised to find that ford had discontinued the series one fg g6 floor mats but I was supprised to find out they couldn't get me any series two fg mats. ...... all on back order apparently.

I was able to get a set of ebay in black. They didn't come with the g6 emblem but still look good with the Ford emblem on them.
