Now I am starting to get used to hwo it goes it's bloody insane as a street car. Takes a fairly gentle right foot to get it to go well without getting WAY outa shape.Enjoying it ALOT.Ill be looking at getting teh tail shaft done soon and back to fulcrum for a check over and to have all teh bushes in teh diff cradle and mounts replaced with poly.Cheers

wagnman Member 567 Member For: 15y 5m 1d Posted 24/02/11 08:16 AM Author Share Posted 24/02/11 08:16 AM (edited) I'm now hanging to get an EDFC unit for the TEIN's as I spent a few days with the dampers on the hardest setting and was impressed with the handling round corners but the ride was REALLy firm and the traction under full throttle suffered noticably.I then spent a few days with them on the softest setting and the traction is way better (less wheel spin when accelerating) and the ride is noce and soft but it feels too soft for the springs slightly.Id love to be able to adjust it as I drive to really be able to fine tune the best setups for cornering and acceleration and will need teh EDFC to do this as you have to lie down and root about under the car to adjust the rear dampers otherwise and end up not bothering lol.Hey KARL! How much is and EDFC unit? Edited 24/02/11 08:17 AM by wagnman

wagnman Member 567 Member For: 15y 5m 1d Posted 22/08/11 01:14 PM Author Share Posted 22/08/11 01:14 PM Woo been a long time since my last update.Got the auto tuned last week, Car goes REALLY nice now.Cant explain how much better it feels from a performance point of view, The tuned auto feels so much better its not funny.Really shifts fast and firm.I have had the "fart" between gears reduced to a absolute minimum (ie gone) and the stall point has been raised as well as having all the torque reduction features sorted out so hopefully next time I hit Willowbank I can crack into the 11'sInterestingly the car feels to have picked up more power too, It's flamin quicker now Im sure, maybe the box tune helps it to put more of the power to the tyres I dont knwo but what ever! Im lovin it!Thanks Clinton.
