The unit I see advertised on this site,where you plug it in near the fuse box , and then downloads it to your car ,

its supposed to give you about 40 kw extra?, any info on this unit would be great or what would you recommend doing

xcal 3 flash box, you can buy them off ebay off here or wherever, usually come with 3 generic tunes, best not put one of those on your car though as it was designed for another car and no cars are the same,

best buying one and going to a tuner to give you a custom tune!! will see improved power, fuel economy etc.

and no not a waste of money, not unless you dont want you car to go faster!

A couple of pics of the bay now from my Blackberry.

It actually looks really good when you see it, I need a better rocker cover garnish now though, this one looks like there is bits missing now teh cross over pipe is gone. I spent a bit of time with the polish, protectant and quick detailer in the bay last night giving it a good clean up.

I will have to pull my finger out and get some decent pics done soon.

If anyone is wondering the Process West air intake is TOTALLY OFF TAP!! I thought the Blue Power pod sounded pretty good before but holy crap this intake sounds like its going to suck everything up from in front of the car. Its BLOODY loud!

The dyno print out really shows how progressive the power delivery is in this car now. Its so good to drive, feels like a huge NA motor, bloody great.

Hey mate, its good too see what gains can be had with the t04z wheel and .7 housing. in comparison with my graph I think we have the exact same mods except I think your running a 3.5 inch exhaust?? notice that the standard turbo comes onto full boost about 500rpm earlier but dies in the arrse so much quicker haha

Yeh mate 3.5 inch system with two really large mufflers to help keep it a little quieter (although its now BLOODY loud anyway under WOT).

Thanks for posting up your dyno chart too I was hoping to put my orriginal chart up but it was off a Mainline Dynolog and was reading totally differently so didnt really compare. Its interesting to see the huge torque the std turbo makes down low on your chart, similar to what mine makes now just lower in the revs and as you say it dies off pretty quick.

It looks awesome! Very neat. Great figures too!! Stupid question,but does Ford cover any of the warranty on it now? Apart from the engine, auto and diff that is. Any chance of a price break down? Or does your missus visit the site?

Gday Tuono.

Mate everything not associated with the driveline will still be covered by warrantee.

I would say that basically anything under the car is voided (suspension which I replaced anyway etc etc etc)

I would not have done any of this if I was going to try to claim warrantee though.

You play you pay is my motto lol.

I just basically make sure its always warmed up properly before I stab it and sevrice it every 5000 - 7500 km's religiously.

Easiest way to get the prices is to just give Karl a yell at Hero.
