Yeah they have given me some ideas. I switch 98 to e85 all the time so im thinking plugs and fuel filter.

How often do you change your filter?

I use the factory Ford one and change at 10,000, no issues so far.

how do you switch between 98 and e85? say you have 5L of e85 left in the tank at the bowser,you just sit at the bowser with engine running until it goes empty, then fill with 98?

5L of e85 is not that much, just fill it with 98 and switch tunes

More than 30k that's for sure! Doing filter in morning. Just did plugs and gapped to cms suggestion.
