haha..no Adrian Obrien...gotchya@! I've been to MT service department..its farkin massive!!!! very nice :blink:

Lightning - I will be disputing it - dont worry about that....but I'm not sure I'll be printing out this thread....hmmmm...maybe....we'll c :P

Scootr - no...I didnt buy the switches...some bingle in the factory...the rear drivers was already illuminated from teh factory...they just 'fixed' the others.

Lee- I've got NFI where the extra 1/2 hour went...I know I was only supposed to get charged for 2 hours....beats me why they are charging me for 2 1/2

God666 - definately bend over and I'll drive....definately

Zeke - that's what I'm thinking....yeah....we just rotated the tyres twice for u so u dont have to worry about it next time :spoton:

Hey VOY,

15, 30 and 45k services on my T are all shown as $160. This includes all logbook work, oil, filters etc. The 60k service is meant to be more.

Newcastle NSW, Kloster Ford. I called 3 dealers originally and got $190, $174 and $160 quoted. Maybe they caught up by rogering me on the control arm bushes though...;-)

all of those quotes are very reasonable....if I could get that I'd be so happy......but MT are over double that alone and that's where every1 reccomends I go.....

If I could get a standard pricing I'd be happy...cause it says in the manual that I got from them about thier standard service pricing of $170...another thing I'll be bringing up with them.... :spoton:

Its just risen an interesting point that the incredible varying rate that we get charged for our services...there cant be that much difference in what they do in service to service....crazy!!! I'm just wondering what else they forgot to do in the service....if they forgot the wheel rotation...one of the most simplest and easiest things todo....what about the complicated stuff...do they just say...meh...its there....the customer wont know anyway...surely this is incredibly short signted cause if the customer does find out...the sh*t hits the fan and it breaks the rapore that the customer has with the dealersh*t.....ship....ahem :blink:

nup..just had my last break....I went out and checked the oil....was clean and it was even at the right level *claps hands and misses a few times* :spoton:

took some friends for a drive....they agree that they want to car as well...im all like...no b**ches....my car :P

shes still a beautiful car and I love driving ehr every time. Went for a drive just then around the block.....put a smile on my face...and going cruising after work around adelaide...should be good relaxation .

hey Cain,,,hows this for customer service..Took the T for a wheel alignment this morning (at independent wheelaligner) and guess what? They didn't charge me for my wheel alignment...they hook up the the wheels to the computer,checked tyre pressures and turned the steering wheel , checked the print out ,checked the suspension and didn't have to adjust anything...Total time 15 minutes...come to pay and get a no charge...Asked why and they said didn't have to do any adjustments...Any other aligners would have charged to $60+ and said thank you please come again..Just goes to show there are decent business out there you just have to find them :spoton:
