I will also jump on the MT bandwagon as I have only had one problem so far and it was fixed using the right process. My CD player was not playing burnt discs and skipping a bit, so they said first try a lens cleaner and get back to us. Did that, same result, dodgy quality playback. Rang them back and arranged for them to pick my car up from my work so they could check it out. Turns out the player was rooted, so I got my car back and they said come back on monday and we will give you a new centre stack. Went back monday, within an hour the car was back with me and the CD player has never missed a beat since..
