The unfortunate thing is Cain is we are nothings as individuals....we dont own a fleet of new cars we dont spend big dollars on services/repairs etc....to them we are easy targets to make easy money....They wont care if you dont go there anymore and they dont really care if you tell 100 people...I know it is unfair and un-business like but that's what happens when a big company like Jarvis are only interested in selling you a NEW car...Not car and service...Try MT's but dont uses stillies...I used to work there and the sh*t they used to pull was UFB

yet another MT enthusiast.....I'll take it there next time.

I'm not fussed if they care or not I'll just let them know that they wont see teh car again and that they have lost a future customer....why should I show them customer loyalty when they dont show me any service.

I will also jump on the MT bandwagon as I have only had one problem so far and it was fixed using the right process.

My CD player was not playing burnt discs and skipping a bit, so they said first try a lens cleaner and get back to us. Did that, same result, dodgy quality playback. Rang them back and arranged for them to pick my car up from my work so they could check it out.

Turns out the player was rooted, so I got my car back and they said come back on monday and we will give you a new centre stack. Went back monday, within an hour the car was back with me and the CD player has never missed a beat since.. I was pretty impressed as they really genuinely tried to do it with miniumum inconvience to me.

Lets just see how long it lasts...

I'll be going there for the next service and if they do the right thing by me I'll keep taking the car back there. I'll just tell them I'll seriously consider them when I buy my next car - I like rewarding good service.....I dont reward companies who dont service me. :ermm:
