When I connect my Capa flash tuner and check the fault codes, a code U0100 come up.

My car has a custom tune, different injectors, cooler, cat and fuel pump.

Can anyone tell me :- What this means

How it affects my car

How to fix it.

It means lost communication with the PCM.

Just clear it. If you're car is functions as normal then it doesn't mean much.

I did clear it but it keeps coming back. My auto could be acting funny on take off. Sometimes is feels like it has a hi stall but other times the auto works normal. Could the fault code be related.

I had the same problem with mine after using a CAPA flash (X3)unit.

The Capa unit will not clear that code as its with the auto tran module, not the engine ECU.

I have a Scan Tool which checks, erases and lists ALL codes as well veiwing live data.

If your in the Eastern Suburbs of Melb. I can erase the code for you no problem.

U2514 VEHICLE SPEED SIGNAL MISSING OR INCORRECT

Ahhh.. Check your ABS wires, speed sensors. I`ve heard guys say its the battery on its way out that causes it.

Occaisonally I`ll get some of the reported symptoms of this, my ABS and T/C lights come on. I just turn the car off, and hold my tongue in my mouth just right when I turn it back on and its all good.

My Battery is new. However the car sits all week, only driven on weekends.
