A good start is how much money do you want to spend.

process west surge tank are cheap and good for the power.

60lbs injectors .

exchange turbo housings are pretty cheap (labour is the killer).

I have a 3.5inch split dump pipe sitting at work, flows as well as a 4inch.

battery relocation is easy you could put it in a battery box in the boot, plus you could do it yourself

rapid do a nice four inch intake pipe

Xtreme Ford Tuning do a exchange 6sp zf good for 500kw+

yeah cool mate ill be sein u soon

yeah guys ive been told by a few tune places and on the net that I dont need heavy duty valve springs if im staying under 400rwkws because bf2 has better springs than ba/bf 1, but u guys and some other tune guys say that I need them.... so whats the go, do I get springs if I stayin under 400 rwkws????? or not.....

also was told by my tune guy that I dont need a bigger flapper just 10psi actuator and 4" intake housing for turbo and the mods I say ive got/ gettin and I should get round 360-380 rwkws....

I aint got much cash left after I got these mods for a tune and I want to get more, so if I dont need springs that would be good so I can get 4" turbo intake housing and a tune

mods I already have fitted:

process west plenum and intercooler

42lbs injectors

3" dump 3" cat 3" single exhaust

mods I just brought: but not yet fitted:

4" intake to turbo and battery airbox

60 lbs injectors

front mount surge tank and 044 pump

3.5" split dump with 5" cat into a 3.5" single CES exhaust

mods I want to get:

4" turbo intake housing

10 or 12 actuator but using standard flapper

heavy duty valvue springs.... yes or no ?????

ok guys so let me know is all that good or I need somethings else to keep it on the safe side

cheers guys.....

You'll have major problems controlling boost with no wastegate porting or larger swing valve with a dump and large cat no matter how good your actuator is (by the way, get a 12 or 15psi actuator, not 10!). You've just got to spend the money on it otherwise you'll be forced to keep boost down which will rob you of power output. There's no point doing a 4" housing, spend that money on a wastegate port and keep the turbo standard. The only thing is I've seen people get into trouble with having a split dump and a larger swing valve. As it swings open to bypass gasses it can get jammed by the small dump pipe. You may need to flog it off and get a single 4" dump in future...

Also I wouldn't bother with the valve springs. Get boost sorted first, then if things start to shake, get springs
