from what ive seen on here it isnt that simple they are way more advanced than the 4 speed. do a search for zf transmission cooler on here. If you do attempt it make sure you post your results. I'd love to do it for track days.

You don't need valve springs dude.

Get:

- Wastegate ported, 38mm flapper valve and a 12psi or 15psi actuator

- 4" airbox

- Fuel pump

- 60lb injectors

- 4" dump and a good cat

yeah mate where is a good place to get these done

was told there is only 1 place in aus to get turbo done in mel somewhere like turbo something the place is called ??? can any1 tell the number..

also is 38mm flapper big enough or bigger is better ???

A good start is how much money do you want to spend.

process west surge tank are cheap and good for the power.

60lbs injectors .

exchange turbo housings are pretty cheap (labour is the killer).

I have a 3.5inch split dump pipe sitting at work, flows as well as a 4inch.

battery relocation is easy you could put it in a battery box in the boot, plus you could do it yourself

rapid do a nice four inch intake pipe

Xtreme Ford Tuning do a exchange 6sp zf good for 500kw+
