Have been reading on several other forums that Dyno Dynamics have closed up

Closure report

Not good for our industry, possibly some of their dyno users may be able to shed some light on this

From what I gather, it appears that it was bought out by a larger company, not sure what time period though and now that company has decided to close it down and put it in the hands of an administrator, hopefully some body may save DD

Based on the attachements I had read the same. Though the first one was not dated ( skimmed)

Interestingly if that is true where does Mainline etc sit from a competition POVshutup.gif

The same parent company (apparently made a $60million loss) also owns Perth Brake Parts and no mention of whats happening there. Wasn't there a buyer recently looking at DD, was stuffed around and was chasing legal action.....

That said, it would be fairly confident in saying a new owner will come in and perhaps can sharpen the price so they turnover a few more rather than charging too much for the units they sell ;) The Mainline ones are much cheaper?

From my experience, the initial purchase price is similar when comparing dyno's with similar features, I have been told that DD are expensive to update once purchased.

Mainline seem to be popular amongst users that look for information rather than just a machine that can do a dyno run.
