Turbo Not Used For Long Time

hey guys, im about to put in a turbo into my car, which has been sitting in my garage for the best part of 2 years, I got it 2nd hand but was still new then, will there be any issues that I should be worried about?

Has it been sitting there sealed or out in the open? If it has been sealed it should be relatively ok, maybe just put a few drops of engine oil down the oil inlet and rotate the compressor slowly - this may free up and dirt and grime inside...

hey, thanks, well its just been sitting open in the garage, the banjo bolts have been screwed in the whole in the turbo inlets though

Vacuum out the spider webs drip a little oil in as mentioned and sweet as. Give it a spine and listen for any grinding. Unless the housings are at the right angles for the manifold and pipe work you will have to undo the bolts and shift the housing. You will see if it is clean then.
