Obviously its just somehthing rubbing on it, but over time will will prob scratch the window and it annoys me every time I wind it down.spoke for my ford dealer, they are replacing a few parts with no issues but they says its wear and tear, not covered by warranty. Im reckon I already know the answer but I think they should fix the issue, am I right? Sure there is not too much work in pulling the door skin off for a bit of a look see but it all comes down to why I have a warranty at all!told you all its was a stupid quesiton... sorry! They should be fixing it under warranty. This issue should surely be easy to fix. If you have issues and can't get love from your dealer then call 13FORD and explain your dramas.Benny Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/63470-stupid-warranty-question/#findComment-952887 Share on other sites

IT should be a warranty item though, check with another dealer or 13 Ford.
