It was like $1200, $1300 & $1400 respectivley.I do not know if I am going for the extended warranty as we will be rerplacing the TTG next year, but a year is a long time when it comes to expensive TTG parts. Rubbish warranty... or so ive been told...Could also be one where it must be serviced by that dealer...The new one is from Ford/Allianz, and from what I have read (flicking through) can be serviced at any of the Ford network approved service locations, with the same warranty by Ford Australia new car (so far again from what I have flicked through)...PM me guys if you want more info...Considering - if there is a few that are interested, will talk with the guys and see if we cant try to get some sort of discount maybe...(dont know if this would work or not, or even be possible... just a thought but)...Ill scan the cover of the booklet and post it up some time over the weekend... One has offered the myford/alliance and the other only the old swann. As my car runs out soon and I have had a large number of things fixed under warranty in the past year,I am keen to extend the factory warranty. has anybody taken this up and even made a claim so far? the 2nd dealership was saying that it was hard to claim through alliance but I have a feeling this may be just be their sales pitch for the swann. cheers. Warranty claims are raised with Ford in the normal manner - just as they are with the 3yr 100,000km jobs...Hope this helps.Have a chat to Ford themselves on 13FORD if you like, rather then your dealer(s)...
