Great results Spiko. I understand how the cams can make adifference but how does removing the VCT make a difference (not that I doubt it does just interested to know how)?? Also what Atomic cams are in the beast??

Cheers

Rhys

Would you believe me if I told you that by removing VCT it comes on 300rpm earlier? Probably not, I can only report on what I have in front of me, same full exhaust, same inlet, same 6Boost manifold and turbo and the results are what they are..

Stage 4 cams

I have never been to fussed on the numbers LOL, however I use the dyno to measure differences when I am making changes :beerchug:

Yes. but didn't you also change cam when removing the VCT ? (a question, not an assumption)

Haven't I made this clear Danny? so theoretically if I am going larger I should come on later right? :beerchug: :beerchug:

Well. Not if its a better cam :D

Forgive me if I'm incorrect, but the Stage 4 is Atomics "Duo" staged cams, where each inlet valve is staged.. I'm sure this is contributing to it.

And in saying that.. Coming on earilier.. Your "before" cam change was a different tuner too?
