I noticed a dent in the front bumper, looked like someone had backed into with a towbar. Called them uo from home, they agreed it was their fault and within a couple of days I had the car booked in at Sheen panels. I.e did one of the mechanics own up and if so they therefore knew it had happened and dishonestly took the chance of returning the car to the owner hoping he/she wouldn't notice.
