The two officers were nice enough blokes (Don't want to turn this into a cop bashing thread), but one was a fairly interested in my wheels and gave me a Defective Vehicle notice. The rear wheels are 22x10s with Hankook 245s.So to clear the defective vehicle notice I have to get a roadworthy and take it to VicRoads, does anyone know if it'll be ok to throw on the stock 17s for a Roadworthy?Secondly, and this bit has me fairly worried. One asked me to pop my bonnet, and without thinking I did.One grabbed his camera and started snapping away at the Plazmaman plenum, intake, and anything else he wasnt sure of.Then he said, "I'll just send these pics off to the EPA, they might want to take a look at this". So does anybody know what mods people have passed with at the EPA? Engine mods aere basically Rapid V2 D&D kit, 968s, walbro, centre mufflered, making around 320rwkw on its last tune. Posted 31/10/09 03:53 AM Share Posted 31/10/09 03:53 AM putting your 17s on will be sufficient and that's all you need to do. once you clear it, put your normal ones back on.As for EPA, you will be fine. Stress less. From what im aware you can do ONE intake mod legally. Cooler OR air filter. as long as you dont have a big F*CK OFF airpod sticking out and have normal CAI and flatpan etc, you will be no dramas. Basically your going to have to revert the car back to stock to pass... standard tune....injs... exhaust....plenum......etc..... *Beep* is partly correct you are allowed either big front mount or air filter mod....... Fingers crossed you don't get the letterDalesy

I put a 100cell cat on just so I technically am legal, however I was told if I had a stick put behind the car it wouldnt pass..bit scary as there are so many cops out on power trips these days (protect and serve my hole)

I've been thinking that If I get pulled over, I'll flash it back to Valet, and tell them the motor is made to redline at 3000rpm.
