Turbo Bolts

The exhaust manifold to head does have a gasket or it should have anyway... Put a gasket between the turbo and the manifold and use the g lock kit on those 4 studs.. The other 13mm bolts that hold the turbo to the housing always come loose also and fall out if not tightened frequently.. The 13mm bolts usually start to come loose once the housing develops cracks.. The cracks arent tooooo much of a problem but the bolts falling out is.

Grinding noise? Pull the intake hose off the turbo and make sure the compressor wheel isn't touching the housing
