cqtiger Member 14 Member For: 17y 3m 25d Posted 24/10/09 12:09 AM Share Posted 24/10/09 12:09 AM I have a BF mk1 T and just wish for someone to clarify a few things. I don't often "push" the bionic beast but on occasion I have taken up a challenge. Sometimes with my rev-head son who owns an EL XR8 which he has just modded with a supercharger!??!Anyway, just wondering, there was a time that he caught me unawares at the lights and in my attempt to reclaim him my power dropped off momentarily in 3rd (rev limiter?) didn't actually see the revs when this happened but it would have been high up there. Can someone confirm the rev limit per gear? I have a stock BF, 6 speed manual. I heard that 6100 rpm is the limit in first gear and then go to about 6000 each other gear. Is this reasonable for a stock T?
