When I go into steep driveways, and I take it on an angle to avoid scraping, one wheel spins and does a mini burnout and the other wheel (rear wheels) does nothing and I dont get up the driveway. I give it some gas and the wheel that has less contact with the road, just spins and the only way up steep driveways is to roll up them with enough pace so I dont need to accelerate.

Not long driveways, just normal ones on the side of most residential streets that just have a short steep section, otherwise it doesnt happen anywhere else.

My other T, which is BF II doesnt do it and on the same driveway, its never done it.

Any ideas?

I.B.

strange one IB doesnt sound right ,IF you can find a private bit of road jump on the brake and give it a stall up too about 3k that should get the back spinning , slowly let off the brake and keep it planted see if it leaves 2 black lines or 1

Drive onto some grass and put your foot down..........

2 lines diff ok.

1 line somethings up.

You can tell if when you do a U-Turn and you put your foot down only the inside wheel will spin.

Perfectly normal mate, when you go up a steep driveway and try to take it on a angle to avoid scraping, it will always make that sound in the rear. This is due to your car being on a side and one side is more up than the other and you will notice that it is your passenger rear side wheel spinning. It is slightly hollow and probably mm's off the ground and cos its not stabilised to the floor it spins easily and your traction will also kick in due to this... I have experienced this many times when going to certain places with steep driveways with 3 of the BA & BF's I have owned, so nothing to worry about mate... But let me just say, I used to think my car was scraping or something... :)
