Bought both stock, and the BF is certainly a lot more refined vehicle in all aspects, whether it's ride & handling , brakes 4 pot Brembos V 2 pot PBRs stock ( from memory).BA's only came in a manual and the BF had the option of the nicely mated ZF 6 speed auto. The option of the 19' Dark Argent rims is another consideration.Whilst the manual was a lot of fun, both cars were quickly modified to around the 300rwkw mark and the BA would have been owned regardless of circumstance . The BF seems to have had a lot less creaks and rattles as wellWhilst ole Yella was a very nice car I had aboslutely no regrets in getting into the Neo NaziHope this helps

So under the bonnet they are much the same? Edited 14/10/09 09:15 AM by tab Quote removed

Also are considered to have less problems than a BA F6. Do your research mate and it might be worth spending the extra few $$$ to go for a BF and be happy at the end. Factory Brembo's would be nice...As always you have to convince the hand brake WHY its worth the extras $10kthanks for your input everyone.Dayle

My decision was also helped by the fact that I was lucky to get my car about $5K cheaper than any other low K ba2 F6 on the market at the time due to the circumstances of the seller.Btw my car has no creaks or rattles, or anything wrong with the way it has operated at all when considering factory parts/systems. Ive driven BF F6s and there is no difference in driving experience other than brakes that makes them worth it. (Obviously they look newer!) So to sum up - would I rather a BF? Ofcourse. Is it worth the extra money they are asking atm? Nup. I'm actually surprised they are still asking so much... prices on BA2s have dropped about $5K in the last year but the BFs asking prices (manuals) haven't dropped at all on average.Venom
