Stock Crossover Mounts Broken

Would anyone know how to remove the old broken ones?I dont want to butcher them by drilling them out.

and the part number is BA9W68OA

really common problem, especially in the BA's (they get old and crack)

It's worth replacing because the crossover can move around which can crack the rubber joiner to the throttle body

(happened to my old BA)

That wouldn't be fun at all :/ Sigh...guess I should fix them up. I've been checking mine to make sure it doesn't slip off but I don't want permanent damage. Thanks for the tip :)
