bad inferno Member 130 Member For: 19y 7m 21d Posted 10/10/09 09:50 PM Share Posted 10/10/09 09:50 PM I just noticed that my stock plenum is just sitting on the rocker cover held by the piping. The two rubber mounting posts that I can see are broken in the middle and there is no screw on the rear mount (don't know if that one is broken as well. Are these mounts easily broken or common to fail. Is it easy to replace them ? thanks

Haven't bothered to replace them though. Is that a bad thing? It doesn't SEEM mission critical, but I'm not an expert.

Turns out the clamp was loose as, probably my fault from a couple weeks back when I cleaned the TB. Still...need replacement bump stops! Or better yet a more permanent fix. Would be great to have a part no to quote to the parts guy to save trying to explain it.
