Have bought new turbo badges, but being individual letters am worried about putting them on unevenly.

Does anyone have an trick to doing it so that everything lines up nicely?

:buttonit: if for some reason they aren't (which I doubt) lay them out on some masking tape first and then apply them all at once.

Nah they are.. but do u mean sort of fold the backing plastic half way down and stick on then peel the remaining plastic off that way? I did think of that, but seems dodgy.

Thought somebody might have a better way

There is only one way to put these badges on. When I bought my ute is did not have any badged on it and I put them all back on and all badges have the semi clear face tape on them.

My car is white so it was easy to measure and mark with a pencil then peel the backing tape and line the bottom of the badge with a base line a marked and stick it to the car. Rub the badge with a cloth applying even pressure si it stick to the car. Then peel the face tape off and you are done.

If someone sold you a Turbo badge with individual letters I'd send it back to em.

I made a simple template with cardboard and then positioned it under the XR6 badges on the doors. Worked a treat. Individual letters would be a pain but once again if you create a template with double sided tape would work.
