Calder said over the PA that the phone had been ringing off the hook and they were saying it was still on.

I was there at 5.30 and the place was dry as a bone.

I can't tell you how disappointed I was standing at Bluepower at 3:50pm on friday arvo and the rain started to fall.

I had been at Chris's workshop from 8am that morning getting my car finally ready for that night with a new blower and new tune on it.

As stated by Danno - Genebaby, Big Glenn & Myself were nearly ready to head out there with all the rest of the guys from the ACT to spectate. Chris knows the guys real well the track and rang and was told it would not be on, then relayed to us.

I wish I had given my mobile number to you guys as I would have gone out there in a flash.

Sorry for the failure to show.

Cheers

Damo

No it wasn't a washout. The weather cooled off nicely later in the night.

I couldn't tell you who ran what but i can tell you that 75% of the list never showed!

Poor form, very poor form!

yeah it was poor form, what happened to everybody??

Good question.

Last list was 13 cars plus another 13 spectating.

5 cars and maybe 6 spectating was the result.

I wont bother next time.

And where were you three whingers Sunday.... :spoton:

Poor form....

Little to far for me. It's a 2 hour drive just to get to the start point.

Besides, we never put our names down and then didn't show. :roflmbo:

Anyone feeling like making the trek to calder tonight?

I think I will take the T for its maiden voyage down the 1320.

Nice cold air so it should be good.
