Very nice! Not many people like the AU series but I reckon the sportier models look damn nice. Congrats again

:stupid:

They cop an absolute bagging, but they look pretty :msm: My AU XR ute was the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned.

But anyway....got any more duck pics?

nice steve just quickly doesn't the AU still have the handbrake lever on the dash????? :stirthepot:

Hey Nick, anyone ever told you that should have been a comedian? LOL

To all the more sensible members out there, thanks for the comments. After just taking it for a couple of quick blats here & there, the car drives much nicer than my BA ever did. Its heaps tighter, the front end doesnt go clunk when reversing, the heater actually works & it even stops! Brilliant.

Don't you worry about the old T5 Mick, she shifts like a ripper. Hows the Single Rail in your XC going? :stirthepot:

Ummm, single rail got removed a long time ago, XC runs a Mal Wood 5 speed Tremec, dont be afraid to keep up!

I'll get you Mal Wood's number, you'll need it soon! Although, 180kw at the treads or so shouldnt be worrying it too much...

Lol, your dead right, I should make a more determined effort to keep up with what you do to that rusty old Falcon of yours.

On a different note, I hear Antiques Roadshow want to do an exclusive on the old girl. Can you confirm this for us all Mick?

No rust in any of my cars matey, just big engines making big kilowatts....

Im not sure if Antique Roadshow want to do a feature on the car, it wouldnt suprise me, magazines are always approaching me and wanting to do features, a tv network feature is imminent im guessing.

lol @ 220kw..... but hey, the V8 sounds good! reminds me of them 4 cyl boys who rev the crap outta their cars, sure they sound good, but there not going anywhere real quickly.
