If possible have it on the road for a while first and sort out exactly what needs to be sorted during the rebuild. I have rebuild some basket cases in the past and if you have a plan and concentrate on one section at a time you wont have any worries at all. I reckon youre plan is a good one. The car is roadworthy and in good condition but basically needs a full restoration. The car is my step Dads brothers, and he has had it since 1979, but doesnt drive it.He is asking between $10,000-$20,000. I dont think Id pay anymore than $10,000 for it.The numbers are JG33RT 28350K and are matching on the car and the prefix plate.Let me know your thoughts Cheers.I'd get it definately as long as it's restorable I'd pay 20k for it.
