Hi all.

Ive finally narrowed it down to 2.

Tyrepower Acacia Ridge have offered me Toyo Proxy4 for $285ea which seems like a great price, but correct me if im wrong.

But have spoken with an Ebay tyreshop seller (good feedback, plenty of transactions) and he can get me some Pirelli PZero Nero for $300ea which is SUPER CHEAP

I got a quote for comparisions sake from JaxQuickfit, and they are telling me that they sell the Pirelli Nero's for over $500ea and that the 300 dollar ones must be 'Parallel Imports' eg. didnt arrive in the country through Pirelli Australia, but still made by Pirelli...

We are talking 245/35/19 by the way.

Please help make my mind up!

Had the p zero neros before and they were pretty good for handling and lasted decently enough.

Only complaint was when they got down to about 40% on the back there was zero traction all of a sudden.

I will say they were very predictable the way they let go all the way thru though so I was very happy with them.

(But wanted to buy the proxes next before ending up with the Kuhmos)

Id agree about the pzero neros I had em in an 18 on my old auxr8, very predictable and easy to drive on the edge, my only complaint was I felt the sidewalls lacked strength they felt a little sloppy.

No idea about the toyos but they get a good wrap

Cheers guys, only other difference is the Pirellis will be an extra $30ea to deliver, so $330 a tyre vs $285

But if these Pirellis are as good of a deal as I think then I should really go with them shouldnt I

I have the toyos on the rear, but in a wider size, they seem to grip very well but once they slip they fully light up.

Ive had a few different pirelli's but not these exact ones... I found they would spin alittle but regain grip as torque reduced.

Id go for the Pirelli's
