Recently I had raped the stocko rubber Centr diff mount out and changed it out put in a new Urethane one from Fulcrum, since iv done that the bolt came loose and I started getting diff thumbs so I had a mate look at it and tightened it back up, but after driving a few more k's its come loose again.... Now iv read somewhere on net that u need to possibly change the bolt when u put in an aftermarket bush but no idea where or what type to get! has anyone done this before and had the same issues?????? Advice is appreciated, thanks in advance

Not only will it lock the bolt, it will increase the strength of the joint by removing the small clearances that exist between thread and bolt. Do a search on "class of fit" to see what I mean ie class 1, 2 ,3 etc.

any chance you could have overtightened the bolt when re-securing it? stripped thread perhaps?

Its only an aluminium housing in the back of the diff, so the torque specification is actually quite low, as stated previously, its really

only the thread locker that holds it in.

If the thread in the rear housing is rooted, you will need to replace the housing, or heli-coil it,

I have seen it happen quite a few times, when apprentices get a little too eager with the rattle gun
