Guest XR09 Guests Posted 14/09/09 10:31 AM Share Posted 14/09/09 10:31 AM (edited) 20"s look so kewl.My mates son is now paying for someone elses car, "he hit" and his is fargentotaled. All because he had to have 20"s on his BA, he was running 30's with a 90 rating. He was insured but he did not tell them about the rims and they denied payment. He went to a few mudsharks ( lawyers ) and they all said no way your stuffed.I think you have to have a min of 93 load rating to be anywhere near legal. Just food for thought, 19"s with a 35 profile look good exspecially when you drop it 50mm and ride really well. And they are cheaperSpeedy rims or even bob janes web page gives you all the offsets Edited 14/09/09 10:33 AM by XR09

masterA Member 52 Member For: 17y 4m 15d Posted 16/09/09 02:39 PM Share Posted 16/09/09 02:39 PM On a BF.....if you have 20's im pretty sure you can't fit a 35 profile tire on the front...it will rub (IIRC)The bigest profile you can run is 30 and on the 19's you can run
sickd Member 128 Member For: 17y 3m 17d Posted 17/09/09 08:53 AM Share Posted 17/09/09 08:53 AM PUT 245/30/20 INCH TIRES ON THEM NANKANG THEY HAVE 93 OR 95 RATING AND ARE TOTALLY LEGAL 3000 PERCENT NO PROBLEM AT ALL.AND AS LONG AS WHEELS FIT INTO THE ROADWORTHY SIZE LIMIT FOR THAT CAR YOU WILL BE INSURED FOR A CRASH, BUT IF YOUR WHEELS ARE KNOCKED OFF AND INSURANCE DONT KNOW, THEY WONT PAY FOR THEM.THIS TIRE THING COMES UP WAY TO OFTEN

You should be looking more towards +40. I wouldn't go below +
