Have a look in the 300 Club forum, there's a couple of guys in there with slightly more than just a tune, pulling 318-332. One started off with just a tune and pulled 275 from memory.

Yeah a custom tune will get high 200s, some have seen 300 which is pretty much the max for the injectors... cooler / intake system / exhaust injectors will see mid 300s which is the limit of the turbo.

What's possible with just a custom tune and injectors and maybe pod filter and/or CAI? I'm looking at buying a G6ET soon and am doing some research into mods. I don't want an exhaust though. What can I do for relatively cheap that will give me ~300rwkw? Will I need a boost controller?

Also, I presume these retunes rely on 98 RON fuel all the time. What will happen if I use 95 RON? Is the reprogrammed ECU smart enough to retard ignition for that? What about if I were to use a boost controller to cut down boost while using 95 RON?

Sorry for hijacking thread, but thought they were relevant questions anyway :)

I got 313rwkw with xcal 3 unit. modified injectors. full 4' exhaust and process west stage 2 intercooler.

Next is the CAI.

I have no progress of power with each mod unfortunately.

Hooked up some HID lights from ebay which didn't work....Need to call them.

The gear changes are starting to get a bit clunky now ive noticed.... Not sure of that upgrade cost....
