I've seen two vids on YouTube with a AWD FG xr6 turbo. They used a magna front diff I think.

No u didn’t lol I have mates with 500kw plus  gtr and don’t get into the 8’s .. another mate kevin brown has a wrx 500kw slicks all round and run a best of 9.8 @144mph .. for u to do 8’s u will need at least 800hp  .. nitto another gtr exactly like yours a lot more power still couldn’t get into the 8’s .. I m doubtful of this especially on a street tire

also I did like 13s in my wrx with 200awkw manual glass gear box 1999 mid life crisis car I bought a few years ago... 

 

not or relevant to this thread whatsoever but apparently that’s what we’re doing now.

But would be interesting to know how far someone has pushed a genuine street tyre  .. I have looked and all u find is muppets claiming this and that but run an et street same compound as a race slick.. lol if u go next time 100% lower your tires down to like 18 psi  does make a huge difference.. they were at 35 psi and peel so much easier . I wouldn’t have thought would have made a great difference thought more like need a better compound tyre but did help lowering to 18psi ..
