Hi,

I have contemplated getting a monza or a F6 intercooler but after a bit of feedback I have decided to spend a bit of money (not to much as I have a morgage and a wedding coming up). Any sugestions on what $700-800 would get me? I dont want to cut into the reinforcement bar at all.

Thanks

Tom

I think the Process west Stage 1 cooler is 900-1000 but well worth it, Rapid is also in the same price range for his stage 1. I am unsure about cutting with either of these coolers, best bet would be to give both suppliers a call and see what they can do. I would advise you push your budget a little bit and get something that you would be happy with.

I can tell you from experience, a extra couple of hundred now can be a huge saving in the future. My first lot of mods are all soon to be replaced, including the motor.

I have just put an order through to Kev at process west for one of his stage 1 intercoolers!!

Receive the unit tomorrow for late night fitting....

I could not find ant negative feedback from anyone so I dug deep into my pockets and spent some extra money....

Kev seems like a very nice guy that spent as much time as I wanted assisting me. Great experience so far.

Just need to find someone to tune the car... Intune motorsport did the clutch (with no problems) but I have read so many negative things on this forum.....

Are they that bad?

PW was a good choice, trust me you will be happy. As for Intune ...well a forum full of XRT owner can not be wrong....

You have dug that little bit deeper into you pocket to sort the cooler properly don't wast that money by looking for a cheap and nasty tune.
