I need a respray after I picked up a few too many rocks country driving. Firstly I am hearing horror stories of the fibre glass bulges cracking etc. Is this the case with most people?Secondly how much was it to graft it onto the steel? (not including paint) Also has anyone in adelaide done it successfully? If so by who? What is the general opinion on putting these bulges on a 6? Is it considered 'try hard' or 'tough'?Cheers,Brett. IT was the full bonnet. Cost him $800 for it and the finish was terrible. I think this was just the manufacture quality as I'm sure that some are good quality. I heard Ford dealers were providing XR8 bonnets on XR6's for $2,000 fitted and sprayed etc. Bit over the top if you ask me.
