As football is pointless, your jibes are of no interest. Do not take on the force of team HgAg.....

Rather than following football, you could join our learned friend back at English school. This would ensure:

a: Your posts were readable

b: Your taste in car colours was modified to allow acceptance of HgAg as the only true XR colour.

Enough of the rubbish and let the kid learn his lesson!

:stupid: Can remember my first FEW YEARS :nugget: of driving and the STUPID things I used to do and some how survived!!

I have never been involved in accident (on the road, plenty on the track :( ) and sometimes I think about the things I did and shake my head in amazement that I am still here. Now that I have kids, I am encouraging them to take up go carting for a start and I think of the silly things they may do when they grow up!! :stupid: By uindertaking such sports its undeniable that they will gain driving experience and certainly more confidence. Only problem is, as stated earlier, everyone is on a race track for the same reason, for the same ultimate goal, and all heading in the same direction!! Those on the road have the same goal, purely to get somewhere!!

Be thankful that you may have only lost your licence at this stage and not your or someone elses life. Something that we always consider will happen to someone else, not us. Make sure you believe yourself when you say you know you are not the best driver on the road, realistically it would be hard to say what would actually constitute someone as being the best on the roads!

Enjoy the lesson, enjoy the XR and enjoy your racing (legal). Be thankful for where you are today.

I had 2 learn the hard way...(diddent we all) wrapping my dads tank of a ZJ Fairlane :jabber: around a little insect of a Pulsar  . needless 2 say that there was not 2 much body dammage 2 my dads car just $300 worth and a new headlight. but the pulsar well. Luckily nobody was badly hurt. ...only pride and wallet. but guess what these things make us better drivers. I now know what 2 and what not 2 do and where. Experience is the best teacher. harsh but. keep your head up mate we all make mist8kes and your driving life has so much ahead...keep it that way.

im in the same boat. never passed English 2 busy thinking bout cars. keep it real.

I'm a grumpy old man with many years of driving experience.

I was going to give you a lecture on your driving habits but I think the guys have already done that, so all I will say on the matter is WELCOME TO THE FORUM.

I also am (just old enough) to be your father. I have a 18 year old son. I have also made more than one mistake out there when I should have been on the track.

Don't worry, in the grand scheme of things this is but a sideroad.
