Just take the bottom hose off the radiator let it drain, then back flush the engine with a hose until it goes clear, put the hoses back on, fil it back up with coolant, start it, and bleed the system (keep filling until the level stops dropping.)

Make sure you check for leaks afterwards.

Pretty easy job mate.

While youre at it, take the thermostat housing off and flush the block top down as well. The new gasket costs $1.75.

Oh, and dont forget to open the heater to flush the coolant there also.
