Well last week I got some new coilovers for my ride.I went with the Extreme XA Pedders numbers.I am very impressed with the level of adjustability that this package has, its, outstading . They have a huge amount of height adjustment and 30 levels of dampening. My car also needed 4 new ball joints and 2 rear rose joints which which I also had installed. It has made a massive improvment in the ride and handling in my car , I would like to commend Pedders Maroochydore for a job well done.

Glad you are happy with it mate, not enough people looking into other areas of mods with these cars - its always power power power...

Do you mind if I ask how much the coil overs were, and was it just the fronts with lowered rear springs and shocks or do the rears give you height adjustment also?

The set of 4 were $1950 plus install and wheel alignment total about $2380.The rear are also fully adjustable aswell. If you have 20" rims you can just stick your hand through the rim and adjust the rear dampening, the front right is easy to get to and the front left is located under the radiator resevior, but you can adjust it as there is a big enough gap to do so.I did look at the tien adjustables because they have a little incar box that you can buy ontop of the already more expensive coilovers to do the dampening adjustment automatically but they only have 16 levels as opposed to pedders which have 30.The Tien are about $2750 plus $650 for the auto adjuster set up plus install and wheel alignment so you wont see much change from about $4000. The tien are made in japan and the pedders are made in the usa.Tien have 12mths warranty and Pedders 2yr ,hope this helps.Cheers Al

The tein super streets with edfc has 2 year warrenty. They were fitted to my car last month. The edfc is awsome I can adjust it while in the car. My setup alltogether cost a little under 3g installed and setup with whitline front and rear swaybars. It was not brand new but still has 1 year warrenty left on it. I would never go back to the floating stock typhoon suspension.

Sensational

I was just looking into that. I had 19"s fitted and it looks a little agricultural with the gaps in the wheel arches. Think I could live without the inside dooby for the $ Diff. I would rather put it too the cost of adjustable sway bars as well. Now it shows my side plate size brakes as wellwerd.gif I think 2400 is a reasonable price to pay for the gains if they live up to expectations. The brakes however....... I'm never going to get blown at this rate
