Actually the yellowing of headlight lenses is UV light damage. It's very bad over here with NZ's OZone damage and heap of jap imports on our roads!

The yellowing of the headlights in normal use is UV damage caused by people running cheap or non "UV cut" bulbs.

If running the std halogen set up, any globes should have UV cut on the packet.
