If they didnt mention the cost to repair over the phone, you might be able to come to some agreement. Also, question why it costs $22 for tB cleaner, why you needed 8L of trans fluid when a service refill is only 4.7L, why you were not informed of these costs prior to the work being done etc. All the other costs seem about right for a Ford Service... I bet they did a dry-refill but didnt drain it all out, thus meaning you have 1L of old oil mixed with the new.
