If they didnt mention the cost to repair over the phone, you might be able to come to some agreement. Also, question why it costs $22 for tB cleaner, why you needed 8L of trans fluid when a service refill is only 4.7L, why you were not informed of these costs prior to the work being done etc. All the other costs seem about right for a Ford Service... Of course, this is the only thing they haven't been able to fix. I bet they did a dry-refill but didnt drain it all out, thus meaning you have 1L of old oil mixed with the new. Honestly there is nothing you can do unless they didnt tell you costs before you agreed to repairs.
