Long Threads

If you developed a standard structure for a FAQ, similar to what Grant suggests, all we need is for a moderator to fill in and update what is under the headings - eg, there might be nothing under known fixes for a while, but then something could be added when one is known. The topic could be kept locked so people can't add to it, with discussion etc... taking place in another thread elsewhere. They just need to be fairly prominent, so that newbies go there first rather than start a new thread asking about that issue. If they do start a new thread anyway (and they will), at least we know straight away where to send them :thumbsup:

I'm against limited threads ... waffling on and on and on is what I do best!  :thumbsup:

I'm sure Ken would be devastated if we couldn't have long threads.
