Hayman and reese (brand) - Hitch receiver. Heavy duty is the weight rating, it should be stamped onto it somewhere. Either style can be heavy or light duty or different classes. The size of the flat plate or of the square opening determines the 'duty' or class of it.Around $500 for a heavy duty Hayman and reese style is a good price, I paid about that with the specific electronics for reverse sensors.
