welcome to the club dude! gone from old skool VLt to new skool VLt lol good move! these things boogie once u do a few simple mods to them....for the exhaust u dont want a single 3inch as its not much better than the stock exhaust, either go 2x2.5 inch or single 3.5-4 inch. Dump should b either 3.5inch with seperate wategate pipe or 4inch. Chuck some injectors in and an edit and your lookin at high 200s ATW. Valve springs would b next on the shopping list....then chuck in a fuel pump, bigger actuator and port the wastegate and your well into the 300s ATW!! its a never ending story lol believe me u cant just stop at an exhaust its really addictive coz each mod gives u so much more power. Enjoy the beast!

Great choice ... same as mine... you think your not sleeping waiting to pick it up... Try buying one having it for about a month then going away for 4 months and having to leave it to your parents to look after who drive a hilux and old mitsy lancer and have never driven a performance car in there life... Let alone one with 20s :( Waiting just makes it all the more sweeter when you finally get to jump in it again and give it sh*t again. BTW the 6 sp manual is really strong ... just the clutch will slip with much over stock power I have an exhuast and F6 intake and filter and I've had it slip on me twice :(

But anyway :buttrock:

Welcome. Yep, upgrade the clutch. Grab a MAl Wood Option 3 (do a search) its probably the best clutch you can get. The vibration you noticed is possibly a problem with the tailshaft out of balance. My BFmkII is doing the same thing at the moment, Ford are looking at it now (warranty) I'll let you know what causes it. Best guess is the centre bearing since I've already had the diff replaced. Also, Diff bushes will be your enemy. Do a search to find out what I am talking about. The reason there are more autos is because the Auto is apparently "better" than the manual... it is quicker, and the best auto you can get, but I prefer to DRIVE the car. Grab some Castrol Transmax Z to put in your gearbox, it will be alot quieter, smoother and easier to shift.
