13.8 is rich that's ok 14.7 is where you want it to be anything above that is lean. 14.7 = how many parts air to 1 = unit of fuel

I thought more around 12 AFR was acceptable...? over 13 is getting uncomfy, certainly want it under 14?

those quoted afr figures are normaly asperated settings.

14.7 is the number deemed required for complete combustion to take place it is refered to as lambda one or stoichiometric. An air fuel ratio any leaner than 12.5 under full load is normally considered to lean for safe engine operation and will cause detonation/pinging that will destroy a boosted engine in no time at all. My advice is drive with a light foot and see your tuner asap if in doubt.
