In the last 4 days my ba turbo has given me the sh*ts big time it started with the cruise control just stopped working then 2days later I can no longer turn my traction control off it still works I just cant dissable it change the switch and still didn't fix it (that's normally the problem with them) And yesterday my heater and fan controls stopped working for like hr the recirculate simbol flashes 4 times stopped the car came back and it majicly starts working again, HIM module is on its way out I suspect all expensive items to fix too :( not happy jan

okay I've had my rant I'l get off my soap box now :)

multiple intermitant failures at once usuall point to a dodgy earth. I'd do some basic fault finding before i condemed a HIM module

Check your brake lights as TC and CC are affected by the brake light globes, this is why LED globes will not work.

As for the Aircon, cannot help excapt ask if any work has been done on the car recently ?

brake lights work checked all fuses I have a fault code u1900 which is CAN comunication error investigate it further tomorrow when I get to work

Could be a bad connection between the Icc and the plug that sits on the firewall. You didn't pull the Icc out for any reason did you? The BCM is plugged up via that plug. Hope it gets sorted Neil.

No haven't pulled anything apart or changed anything, the cruise control is just the buttons need replacing. The traction button and the icc/climate control problems are related just need to find out why, there is a problem with CAN network.

Start with your battery, then check earth points. Maybe install an earthing pack around the engine bay. Most electrical failures in cars are due to bad earths.
